Passion and Professionalism
At Ireko, we believe interior design is the realization of a passionate idea. It is the discovery of that idea, selected from countless possibilities, that inspires us and moves us to make that idea a reality for our clients in Sonoma County and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Our interior design is also a professional service and our success stems from knowing that great interiors are a product not only of inspiration, but organization.
Abundant Resources
Ireko’s extensive research library contains resources for all manner of custom interior design choices, including fabric samples, furniture, bedding, draperies, lighting, home decor, and accessories. Need inspiration? Take some time while in our Santa Rosa store to peruse our magazine collections, including Architectural Digest, House Beautiful, and Elite Design. Our many resources often help spark new ideas for our clients that can lead to unexpected, great things.
Interior Design Process
Our process allows us to personalize our client’s living space with function, comfort, and style. To achieve this for your interior design project, we will take the following steps:
- Initial Site Visit: Ireko interior designers will visit your home to map out the interior or exterior spatial areas, looking for the most effective uses of space, determining ideal walkway patterns and floor plans, noting use of light and type of architecture, and much more. The result of our visit will be development of a space plan and layout for each room.
- Samples and Options: Based on the space plan, we will develop possible options for furniture and upholstery, color schemes, window coverings, fittings and moldings, decorative and aesthetic elements, and more.
- Quote: When you select the plan and options you desire, we will draw up a quote for the interior or exterior design to provide to you for consideration. We work very hard to create quotes that work within your budget.
- Installation: Upon acceptance of a quote and plan, we will set up schedules for installing all of the elements of the interior design, from the large, complex details such as architectural changes, to the smallest details, like placing the perfect candle in its holder.
In our next blog, we’ll walk you through this process in greater detail to give you the very best picture of what to expect at every phase of the Ireko interior design process. View our portfolio of interior and exterior design projects.
